Yum. Had dessert down at the new Greenhithe Cafe and restaurant. Had Creme Brule. My fav…
Now I am chilling in bed listening to Katie Tunstall. I got this cd in a warehouse bargain bin and love it! : ) Surprised myself really cos I wasn’t hooked on her singles.
Anyway-so this comment is more for Dave’s benefit than anything else so it is a bit random!
So you know that thunder storm last night? Our dog Millie is petrified of thunder storms… She was whining her little head off for 30mins before the storm hit! So the parents let her sleep inside-cos otherwise no one sleeps! I was the last to bed and was checking on the animals (we are also keeping our two cats inside at the moment cos they are both injured-some rabid animal has been attacking my darling girls… : ( ) and couldn’t find Millie. Walked into my room and could smell her, you know that wet dog smell? Turns out she was tucked up in the furtherest corner under my bed. I had to coax her out from under the bed which was not and easy task! Anyway-once I had managed to get that done I got to go to sleep listening to the sounds of an electrical storm and rain-do you like that too?
I have uploaded the pages I have made so far at the classes taught by Michelle at NZ Scrapbook. They are great classes and well worth it! You get to use the teachers expertise and some of the tools at the shop aswell as be in good company with fellow scrapbookers. If you are looking for a new hobby or just have that box full of photos sitting waiting to go into an album I would recommend going to some classes and crops (regular meets at the scrapbooking shop where everyone gets together to work on their current projects). You can find out more info here
Enjoy. Lou x
They cancelled hockey today because of the crap weather. You should have seen the turf! We were going to play at Kristin on the new turf there which apparently isn’t very good but thanks to the rain we didn’t! : ) So instead I spent the arvo sorting out my scrapbooking things and then over at Daves for dinner and designing this blog.
